POPCE comes highly recommended for its successes with administering the Wise Guys Male Responsiblity Curriculum in vairous parts of Northeast Ohio. Men experience being part of a cohesive and safe group where they participate in activities and discussion on such topics as Recognizing and maintaining Healthy Relationships, Goal Setting, Fatherhood, Male Health, Decision Making and much, much more.

The pantry is open for residents of the Stockyard community to use once a month. POPCE's open service pantry is convenient, consistant and worry-free. We teach the ABC's of good, healthy eating by providing a good selection of meats, dairy products, proteins and whole grains. Healthy recipes, shopping and gardening tips are also avaliable.
When POPCE was founded, we surveyed the community to see what they wanted in a multi-purpose community center and they answered:

OPEN: Second and Fourth Thursday, 2pm to 4pm; 5406 Storer Ave. weather permitting
Sign-In starts at 1pm, so please plan your trip accordingly and bring bags, baskets or something to carry your groceries in.
POPCE's FREE Vegetable Market currently serves about 340 individual families a month with an all-volunteer led food drive. We will always stay until all the food is gone, so make our jobs easy and come on down!
OPEN: Monday through Friday, 1pm - 6pm, 4800 Denison.
Lab includes access to the Internet, instruction and Internet browsing, use of Microsoft software and computer technology instruction. Individuals may job search, create resume or just enjoy themselves playing online games or checking email and social media accounts.
We use the garden for community events. Movie nights will be announced when they are organized.
POPCE also leads the local Garden Leaders Cleveland Group and hosts the Gardeners' Tool Bank which loans out tools to group members for gardening projects. Email popcecleveland@yahoo.com for more information.

Each program was decided upon by community members and their families through a needs and desired programmming assesment that was carried out at the development stage of the agency.
POPCE programs are completely volunteer staffed mainly by members of the Stockyard community.
